Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our perfume samples and decants, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

Returns or exchanges are only allowed if there is an error in the order, such as:

• Receiving the wrong perfume

• Receiving the wrong size

• A missing item from your order

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue, and our team will resolve the problem.
